Overview
- Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days, excluding weekends.
- If a customer re-arranges, redirects, cancels, rejects, or refuses their delivery with our delivery partners without giving prior notice, Mavistic will not be held responsible for any further delays or spoilage of fresh or frozen products resulting from the extended delivery period.
- Orders made after 10 a.m. on Thursday will be delivered on Monday of the following week.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it.
- If no one is available to receive your parcel upon delivery, the driver will leave it in a secure location within your premises.
- At checkout, the Total Weight of your order is calculated based on the gross weight of each product, which includes both the product content and its packaging.
- For certain products, particularly those that are lightweight yet bulky, shipping costs may be calculated using volumetric weight rather than actual mass. This is determined from the product’s dimensions following industry-standard measurement formulas.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, which may be determined using either the gross weight or the volumetric weight, depending on the type of product.
- The final shipping fee is automatically calculated during checkout to ensure accurate pricing in line with logistics requirements.
